Forza Horizon 6 has eight Player Houses spread across several regions of Japan. Each house gives you a permanent perk, while some also provide additional garage or creative features. Most houses unlock through Discover Japan Stamp progression and can then be purchased with Credits. 

How Player Houses Work in Forza Horizon 6 

Player Houses are more than fast-travel locations. Once you own a house, its perk remains active regardless of which property you use as your current home. Every house also comes with a customizable garage where you can display your cars and decorate the space.

Mei's House

Mei's House is the first Player House you receive in Forza Horizon 6. You don't need to spend Credits or search for it manually. Continue through the opening story, and the house becomes available as part of your early progression. 

Its Wheeler Dealer perk unlocks car trading at the Autoshow, making this your starting point for collecting and managing vehicles. 

Yashiki House Location and How to Unlock

Yashiki House

• Cost: 10,000 CR 
• Unlock: Yellow Stamp 
• Perk: Estate Builder 

Yashiki House is the cheapest property in Forza Horizon 6 and is one of the most useful early purchases. After earning the required Yellow Stamp through Discover Japan progression, you can purchase it for 10,000 Credits.

Fuji Unkai House

Fuji Unkai House costs 830,000 Credits and rewards players with a 10% Credit bonus from Horizon Jobs. It is a useful investment if Horizon Jobs make up a large part of your regular gameplay. 

Soko 78 and Vision House Locations 

Soko 78 

• Region: Tokyo City 
• Cost: 980,000 CR 
• Perk: Import/Export 

Soko 78 requires further Stamp progression before you can purchase it. Once unlocked, the house costs 980,000 Credits and provides a 5% discount on Autoshow purchases.

Vision House
